The First Five Featured Sessions of BaselOne 2026

This year, BaselOne once again brings current topics from software development, architecture, methodology and engineering culture to the stage. The first five sessions already show where the journey is heading: practical, technically sound and focused on topics that matter to developers, software architects, tech leads and engineering teams.

Keynote: Von Vibe-Coding zum “Sustainable Vibe”

Another highlight has also been confirmed: Stefan Toth will join BaselOne 2026 as Keynote Speaker.

Stefan is a software engineer, architect, consultant and author. In the software architecture community, he is known among other things for his work on agile architecture, lightweight software reviews and architecture decisions in complex organisations.

In his keynote “Von Vibe-Coding zum ‘Sustainable Vibe’”, he will show how AI-assisted development is changing professional software development. Coding agents, CLI tools and other AI tools can greatly accelerate the work of development teams — but when used without care, they can also create new quality issues.

Stefan will explore how teams can use AI tools sustainably: with short feedback cycles, close alignment between development disciplines and a conscious focus on architecture, requirements, quality assurance and testing.

In addition to his keynote, Stefan will lead a workshop. This means BaselOne does not only offer  inspiration on stage, but also the opportunity to dive deeper and take away specific methods.

Blind Bird tickets available until May 31

Those who decide early benefit: Blind Bird tickets for BaselOne 2026 are available until May 31, 2026. After that, we will move into the Early Bird phase. Tickets will still be cheaper than regular conference tickets, but more expensive than the current Blind Bird category.
